Ikon Property Group specialises in residential property investment.

Ikon Property Group acquires suitable residential properties and where appropriate will undertake a programme of refurbishment.  All properties are then rented to either existing or new long term tenants.

Ikon Property Group sources property on the open market, at auction, by negotiation with financial institutions and by offering purchase and lease back to selected vendors.  Ikon Property Group also invests in off plan residential building projects.

Ikon Property Group prides itself on delivering high quality and well managed homes to carefully selected tenants.  Since inception, Ikon Property Group has built up a team of trusted professionals who assist in achieving all aims and objectives.
